Mind and body interact on many different levels, lifting us up or keeping us a bit stuck in one way or another. Yoga is great for getting mind and body to feel more alive and free!

Yoga the Move Rest Be way…

I’m a qualified and experienced yoga teacher specialising in mindful movement for mobility and restful practices such as yoga nidra, myofascial release (yin yoga) and restorative yoga. My thinking is, the more space we allow for stillness and healing, the more energy we have to move and play!

Here’s what we currently have on offer:

Move into Rest – monthly Thursday and Sunday evening sessions at The Zed Shed, Penryn and Kula Yoga Studio, focusing on gentle movement, restorative yoga and yoga nidra for deep rest and mind-body wellbeing. Our deep rest events are often co-hosted with the lovely reiki drummer and singer Elinor Chapman.

Yoga Teaching – for private yoga sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals, or to get in touch if you have needs for cover teaching or yoga at your event!

Is Move Rest Be Yoga for me?

Move Rest Be Yoga is open to everyone, we welcome yogi with all levels of experience and flexibility. Our yoga is a great opportunity to come home to yourself, no matter who or how you are.

Our sessions are delivered in person, but I do my best to offer livestream access to all my yoga offerings, aiming to be as inclusive and flexible as possible.
