Greenbank Clinic
Move Rest Be offers appointments from our Greenbank home clinic, located on Stratton Terrace only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre. The clinic is a self-contained part of a 17th Century cottage and has been renovated and equipped to the highest standards (thanks to SEERS Medical), providing a relaxing and professional treatment space.

The Bird House Therapy Centre
Appointments are available at the Bird House Therapy Centre, located on Arwenack Street above Sophie Tilston Design (a couple of doors past the Church of King Charles the Martyr). The Bird House therapy clinic is newly refurbished and superbly equipped with a SEERS Medical hydraulic couch… and lots of plants!
Appointments are available at The Bird House on Mondays, Wednesdays and some Saturdays. Contact me to arrange your booking.

Falmouth Active Health Clinic
Appointments are available at Falmouth Active Health on Killigrew Street in Falmouth town centre (in a space shared with Kula Yoga Studio, opposite Espressini cafe). Free on street parking is available opposite Falmouth Active Health and on nearby streets, and two small paying car parks are very close by. Please contact Chloë to arrange your booking.

The Zed Shed, Penryn: Yoga venue
Our restorative yoga nidra and sacred sound evenings are mostly run at the beautiful Zed Shed at Jubilee Wharf, Penryn. Park for free after 5pm at the Cornwall Council car park next to Jubilee Wharf, or for free either side of Commercial Road, both only a few metres away from The Zed Shed.
