I’m very fortunate to be the Director of Falmouth Active Health Clinic & Studio, based at Malins Hall on the old High Street in Falmouth. Falmouth Active Health is a dynamic collective of experienced therapists and movement teachers who love being part of a community together. We have three tranquil therapy rooms and a beautiful movement studio, all of which are very well equipped and welcoming.

The Swan Room
Our largest therapy room, suitable for physical therapy or talking therapy. This is a bright and welcoming space with a truly breathtaking view over Falmouth Harbour. Equipped with a SEERS Medical hydraulic couch, treatment tables, comfy chairs and workspace.
The Wagtail Room
A bright and spacious space for talking therapy or physical therapy treatments, with views over the rooftops towards the Harbour. Well equipped with comfy chairs, treatment tables and a SEERS Medical hydraulic couch.
The Cormorant Room
A dedicated space for talking therapy, with three comfortable chairs and a handy workspace. This bright and welcoming room has views over the rooftops and out to the beautiful Harbour.
The Movement Studio
We love our studio! Spacious, bright and calm with stunning views over Falmouth Harbour. Very well equipped with tons of blocks, bricks, bolsters, blankets, straps, eye pillows, yoga chairs, hand weights, sand bags and more.
