I have experience of teaching movement-based and restorative yoga in class settings, but I have a passion for working with individuals and small groups. It’s exciting to see how aspects of yoga, with inspiration drawn from science and bodywork, can make a huge difference to the unique people I’m lucky to work with. One to One Yoga with Chloë

One to One yoga sessions can be wonderful if you are recovering from injury, returning to yoga after a long break or just starting out with yoga and want to build a solid foundation before plunging into public, group classes. One to Ones can also be supportive if you are experiencing difficult times of stress, grief or change that is leaving you hungry for space, vitality and rest.

One to One yoga sessions with me, Chloë, are entirely tailored to you and can be weekly, biweekly or monthly. Maybe we’ll move and play with handstands or maybe I can guide you into the healing stillness of yoga nidra. We listen to your needs and respond: we are guided deeply into your own yoga practice, and you gain the mind and body benefits!

Small Group Yoga with Chloë

Similar to One to Ones, private Small Group yoga classes allow you to experience focused attention on your practice and your needs, this way in a group of two to four fellow yogi. Private Small Group sessions are fun and fluid, and it’s a joy for me to help you explore what you want from your yoga practice, from improving mobility and strength to having a good giggle while giving ninja yoga balances your best shot yet.
